As a newly Certified ScrumMaster, I would like to begin a career focusing on delivering long-term objectives while working with a team to accomplish tasks in a timely manner. I have a focus on delivering quality, and have a proven track-record of working with stakeholders and customers to deliver the right product.

Managed a team of up to 30 that efficiently produced orders daily with the highest level of accuracy, speed and customer service.

Daily interaction with over 100 internal and external customers, both in-person and over the phone, facilitating expedient, high-quality order delivery, excelling in customer satisfaction.

Extensive Administrative Skills
