A Certified Scrum Professional and a Leadership coach by passion, I've been a Software technocrat and an Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach for over 20 years of experience using traditional, hybrid to Agile methodologies. I look forward to life as a vault full of opportunities, and I strongly believe that every person has the right key to unlock their potential. I've extensive knowledge and experience in delivering large-scale software projects using Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

I've served in various roles like Developer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and worked in different domains like Banking & Finance, Healthcare, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and Enterprise software (ERP, CRM). I've been practicing Scrum since 2012 and delivered several Agile projects successfully. I believe in agile philosophy and principles, which brought me to the world of Agile coaching and Enterprise transformation.

I truly believe in the Scrum Alliance’s goal, best described by the slogan “Changing the world of work” – yes, it has fundamentally changed the way people work. Most of the work I do now is somehow connected to any form of agile values and principles, and these include the way I think, the way I interact with my teams, and the areas I’m trying to grow. 

I'm passionate about transforming the way people work by sharing my knowledge and learnings with the people in the Agile community. I have participated in many regional and global Scrum gatherings as a speaker and volunteer. I conduct webinars and write articles, and publish them to share my learnings with other community members.

I love working with clients on a large IT transformation program as an Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach. I help the client achieve their strategic agile transformation objective, such as a high degree of collaboration among all stakeholders, embracing frequently changing requirements, increasing customer focus by improving transparency, and enhancing communication. I coach individuals and teams to build competitive advantage through innovation and collaboration among them.
