Since I can remember I was interested in how stuff works, disassembling it and fixing it and most importantly – improving it. I have never build the same lego artifact twice, I removed parts on my RC heli to minimize weight and prolong flight time, I was teaching others for better grades in math, physics and electricity.
Today I’am a versatile scrum master slash change manager slash coach with 23 years of international experience. During this time I have worn many suits and hats – scrum master's, resource manager's, project manager's, software engineer's, and QA engineer's.
I have been in matrix and functional organizations, different segments – industry, service, finance, sizing small to large. I have managed small and big teams also cross-functional, worked with several foreign partners at once. I have been working in Middle East, CE and SE Europe, UK, and USA.
I was shaped by my experience into following one-liners: - I like change and love to manage it. - I like to get dirty hands. - I like problems and love to solve them. - I want to win regardless who gets the credit, as team is more important than individuals.
