He has a Ph.D. in business administration with a specialty in applying Six Sigma practices to solve complex technical and business problems. Skilled in optimizing complex enterprise Business/IT processes using Agile (SAFe 4.0, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, Kanban, XP) techniques.

He has nearly 20 years of experience in successfully implementing technology solutions to re-engineer business processes. ;Have broad expertise in implementing ERP; application and product development; infrastructure; security; compliance; and quality.
