Timothy Bivens

My Name is Tim Bivens.  I am a software developer in Columbus, Ohio working on a scrum team for a mid-western P&C insurance company.   I have more than 20 years of experience in system analysis and programming for financial and manufacturing corporations. I have a strong background in web development, .NET programming and SQL as well as previous experience in Java in a UNIX environment. I also have experience in major programming languages, operating hardware and software.

I am particularly interested in SOLID programming practices and Test Driven Development.  I am a strong supporter of peer reviews and team collaboration to ensure the deliver of high quality working software.
