About
Hi, My name is Venkata Sesha Bhojanapalli. I have Two undergrad degrees (BBA and BS) and a Masters degree (CS) and certifications like CBAP, PMP and CSM.
I started my career as a Developer but realized that requirements are critical for any product to be successful and hence moved into Business Analysis and Project Management workspace.
But something has always been missing around software development life cycle especially as we are either planning too much or too much documentation or too less customer interaction or not realizing failures till the end of the delivery period.
I found that Scrum was the silver bullet to solve all the above problems and also to produce an efficient team that can develop any product as they are empowered to function as a team. Since then I have been an evangelist of Scrum framework and have transformed many teams from traditional product development to Scrum based development as a mentor, coach and Scrum Professional.
