Lisa Vincent

Lisa Vincent is an analytical, innovative and inspiring nuclear and business leader with extensive, international hands-on experience in Team Leadership, Budget Management, Agile and Waterfall Project Management, EHS Management, Training Facilitation, and Continuous Improvement. She consistently delivers outstanding business results and enhances individual and organizational effectiveness in matrix environments through design, delivery & evaluation of targeted, creative solutions that address critical gaps and align with business needs.

Lisa most recently served as a Senior Lean Facilitator and currently serves as an Operations Specialist, where she reports directly to the SVP of Operations to research and analyze basic and complex business issues surrounding organizational processes and systems across global locations. In addition to her operations role, she is currently serving as a project manager for a complex $85 Million project across the following functions: construction, real estate, facilities, production planning/product flow, information technology, marketing, security, and customer interface.

She has also utilized lean methodoligies for over twelve years, in both her current organization, and during her ten year military career. Lisa served in the U.S. Navy for ten years, where she focused in nuclear operations management and nuclear program training management. Lisa is a certified Master Training Specialist and was awarded Instructor of the Year for the entire U.S. Navy in 2008 for both her classroom and on-the-job training instructional skills, as well as her contribution to improvements in the nuclear training program.

Lisa holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from The New School and an MBA from The Citadel Military College. She also holds a Green, Bronze and Silver Lean certification from Iowa State University and is a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance.
