Armand Aquino.  Experienced technology professional with over 15+ years experience in all the major roles in the software development and deployment lifecycle.   Previous roles include being a applications engineer, support specialist, validation/testing specialist, Oracle DBA, technical pre-sales, and a project manager/business analyst for software development and deployment projects.   Strong at building relationships and customer management.  Skilled at being both highly technical, hands-on coder and effective people manager.


Successfully transitioned a group at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco from a traditional waterfall project management system to an Agile Project Management system using the SCRUM methodology.  I played the role of the SCRUM Master and at times the proxy of a SCRUM Product Owner.

Currently working in a 10 person start-up and had no initial project management process incrementally transition to an Agile/SCRUM framework and applied practices that follow the SCRUM Certified Developer principles.  Recommended the entire team take a Certified Scrum Master workshop and become certified.  The recommendation was approved and we the entire team become certified and adopted SCRUM.  Quality, deliverables, transparency and team dynamic all improved and is continuously improving.
