I'm a Organizational Change Management Expert, Computer Engineer with an MBA both gotten with honors. I have serveral IT certifications such as: Scrum Master, Cobit v5, ITIL v3 & I have a PMP v5 elegibility.
I have more than 18 years of professional experience on IT and business Project Management, leading across wide high quality projects from the project delivery phase (deployment & implementation leading) to the service operations and support phase; I have worked as Information Systems Manager, Program & Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Scrum Master Sr. & Agile Coach, leading large scale projects, in a world class cross-cultural and complex stakeholder environment at several domains like: CORE & ERP systems, implanting waterfall & agile best practices such as IT, Project & Process Governance, Business Process Management, PMBok v5, ITIL v3, Cobit v5, XPPMI, MVP, Scrum, Kanban and APM. I have managed from 5 to 20 projects at teh same time, with diverse budget, team size & different resources.
