Martin VanDerSchouw

Martin VanDerSchouw, currently serves as Senior Trainer & Consultant for Looking Glass Development, LLC. In addition to his current position Mr. VanDerSchouw is also the author of the top selling book Flavor of the Month and the upcoming book The Common Sense Leader. Additionally, Mr. VanDerSchouw regularly makes more than 50 presentations per year to groups in the areas of leadership, performance management, and program / project management and is responsible for managing the relationships with LGd’s more than 70 partner outlets.

Previously, Mr. VanDerSchouw served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the

country’s 3rd largest interactive agency where he worked with firms such as Amazon.com, HotMail, Sun

Microsystems, and ESPN.com. Prior to his CTO posting he was an information technology executive with Wells Fargo & Company in San Francisco, California.  Mr. VanDerSchouw and his work have appeared in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Investors’ Business Daily, Forbes Magazine, Interactive Week, Virtual Finance, PM Network, the LA Times, the San Francisco Chronicle, and the San Jose Mercury News. He has lectured at the Daniels School, the Kellogg School, the Krannert School, the Price School and many other colleges and universities throughout the United States.
