A "people first" technology leader who has held a number of roles of increasing responsibility over the last 20 years across many aspects of software and technology delivery.
In addition to my personal experience as a Software Engineer, Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach I also have significant experience leading teams of various sizes and skill sets including QA Engineers, Systems Analysts, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Coaches. I currently lead the Delivery Enablement team supporting Fidelity Brokerage Technology which consists of over 130 Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Delivery Enablement Leads.
As someone who finds excitement in improving our software delivery processes, I have earned a number of certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and Certified Agile Leader (CAL). It as been, however, my day-to-day experiences, challenges, interactions and amazing colleagues, that have shaped me as a leader and change agent. I look forward to continuing to find new and exciting opportunities to help teams remove friction from their delivery processes.
