Melanie Kong

Kong has earned multiple globally recognized certifications, most recently the Adaptive Strategic Execution Program Certificate from Duke,   Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI), ITIL Foundations, Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM) through Stanford University, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) through the Scrum Alliance, and is an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).  She is also a member of the Project Management Institute and Scrum Alliance.  Kong also volunteers her time and project management expertise as a Pro Bono Consultant for the Taproot Foundation that serves the San Francisco Bay Area communities.  Kong holds a B.S. in Design from the University of California, Davis and a M.A. in Museum Studies from San Francisco State University.
