Starting my career in electronics manufacturing and networking equipment, I have over 15 years of experience on a variety of production and product development projects with global teams that ranged in size from 5 to 500. I have consistently joined companies on the verge of explosive growth and change, which developed an ability to predict and lead through significant business changes. A natural leader, I enjoy developing and building scalable, collaborative organizations, often transforming them from under performing to out performing.
