Scrum Product Development Boot Camp

4 Day Bootcamp includes both CSM & CSPO

July 13th thru 16th | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time

Why Take This Boot Camp?

Because in the real world, Scrum success depends on more than understanding a framework.

Teams need people who can:

  • facilitate effective collaboration
  • guide product direction
  • create shared understanding
  • support healthy team dynamics
  • and help turn ideas into valuable outcomes

This boot camp helps participants build those capabilities in one cohesive learning experience.

What Makes This Boot Camp Different

Unlike taking separate certification courses, this boot camp is intentionally designed as a single integrated learning journey.

Participants will not only learn the core concepts behind Scrum, the Scrum Master accountability, and the Product Owner accountability, they will also apply those concepts by simulating Scrum and collaboratively creating a fictitious digital product throughout the course.

This means learners do not just discuss Scrum in theory.
They experience how it works.

They will:

  • learn Scrum Foundations once, rather than repeating overlapping content across multiple classes
  • develop a practical understanding of both the Scrum Master and Product Owner accountabilities
  • actively navigate and participate in the Scrum events
  • build confidence in the facilitation and collaboration skills needed to help Scrum Teams succeed
  • experience how Product Owners guide product direction, priorities, and stakeholder alignment
  • see how Scrum Teams inspect, adapt, and move work forward iteratively
  • understand how Scrum supports product development from idea to value

That is what makes this experience more practical, cohesive, and immediately useful.

Hands-On Scrum Simulation

A major part of this boot camp is the opportunity to learn by doing.

Throughout the course, participants will work in teams to simulate Scrum while creating a fictitious digital product. Rather than simply talking about roles, events, and product concepts, they will actively experience how Scrum Teams collaborate to shape a product and move work forward through Scrum.

As part of the simulation, teams will create a product concept and develop a landing page that represents the product they are building. More importantly, they will experience how the Scrum Team works together through the Scrum events to create alignment, inspect progress, adapt plans, gather feedback, and continuously improve.

Participants will also experience how both the Scrum Master and Product Owner contribute to helping the Scrum Team function effectively in practice.

This creates a much more engaging and practical learning experience than lecture-based certification training alone.
