Key Learnings Using AI Tools for UI & Ideation Explored Jeda.ai as a tool for rapid UI generation and brainstorming. Applied prompt engineering frameworks to generate solutions based on real-world product challenges. Frameworks for Structuring Work Used Fitness/Robot Frameworks to write better-defined Acceptance Criteria and automated test cases. Introduced the KENO analysis method to identify areas for AI enhancement in product analysis (to be studied further). Handling Product Feedback with AI Support Case exercise: Addressed negative App Store feedback using AI-driven ideation. Generated structured responses and feature fixes using generative AI tools, helping improve product credibility and user sentiment. Prioritization & Decision-Making Discussed the HiPPO (Highest Paid Person’s Opinion) effect on product prioritization. Highlighted how AI tools can offer data-driven insights to counterbalance subjective executive opinions. Story Mapping & Persona-Driven Development Reinforced the importance of building user story maps that align with personas and include clear, testable acceptance criteria. Emphasized how AI can assist in mapping diverse user needs into actionable backlog items.

Ram was great! Was very focused on giving us the right amount of information and I enjoyed the break out sessions!

Ram was a good instructor and knowledgable. A lot of information was packed into 4 hours. Instead of creating and sharing documentation in the class which was frequently asked of us, I recommend using that time to learn due to the time constraints.
