The flow of his information was hard to follow. My learning pattern is that I would like to know the test away for each presentation he was presenting. It was hard to know the take away of each section. Day 1 was a bit rough. Seems like the presentation has no flow. Day 2 was more practical with actual frameworks and how it works. What I wanted to take away was the various different frameworks to scale agile, learn about each framework and learn about criteria for selecting the framework, learn about how to implement the select framework and case studies. I think that an outline of agenda from Bob list the specific outcome of each day (what should the students take away at the end of each day) will be helpful in focusing on the message he was tryingt to deliver.
