The Fearless Agility Virtual Certified Scrum Master Workshop is a fun introduction to the principles, practices, values, and mechanics of Scrum. Jimi guides people through a learning journey with interactive group games, storytelling, and collaboration to become effective members of a Scrum Team. This virtual workshop is appropriate for anyone pivoting career paths and beginning to learn about Scrum, Team Members, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and others who work closely with Scrum Teams.

Upon successful completion of the course, attendees are eligible to earn their Scrum Alliance CSM Certificate by sitting for the online CSM exam provided by the Scrum Alliance.

If you do not pass the exam on the first attempt, we'll help you!

Commitment

In Jimi’s virtual workshops, participants are expected to fully engage using Zoom and MIRO on a desktop or laptop (a mobile phone may also be needed, depending on bandwidth).

To create a supportive and effective learning environment, all attendees must arrive on time (no more than 15 minutes late), participate with an open mind, and treat everyone with kindness, support, and respect.

Attendance is critical—participants may not miss more than 45 minutes of content. Those who do not meet these expectations on Day 1 will not be permitted to continue on.

Jimi was great! Honestly I was not sure what to expect, but I enjoyed the breakout sessions and style of learning.

The class was engaging and fun. I learned a lot by participating in the activities -- there was no studying or "trying" to learn. Jimi has experience with the whole history of scrum, and I enjoyed the "this is why X is the way it is" stories. I will recommend this class to any of my coworkers who are looking for CSM training.

Excellent facilitation, liked the hands-on practice

Really loved Jimi's approach - a bit unorthodox but highly effective and while it can be anxiety-inducing to just jump in, it really, really helped me learn.

Jimi was the best. His knowledge and teaching skills help me understand the Scrum process.

Fantastic! I passed on my first attempt in half the allotted time and didn't have to sit through a single presentation! I didn't know what ti expect but it was better than I could've expected. Amazing facilitation al the way around Jimi! thoroughly enjoyed the session and it great way to spend a weekend learning! Not sure if the meds are working or not but whatever it is is definitely working so keep doing it! Big up yuhself Jimi and shout out to Katrina Lake too!

Jimi was an excellent instructor. Very knowledgeable. Not your traditional style teacher and I loved that, because my attention span isn't great at times. Kept us engaged the entire time.
