Really fun experience! Course taught new concepts, but more so (in my experience), consolidated a lot of random concepts I knew into one cohesive, usable piece of organization. Very applicable to all kinds of industries!

This class was broken out into 4 days of management time; the instructor was engaging and provided many valuable artifacts and resources to learn from.

Chris is a very personable and entertaining teacher - he brought a good amount of levity to what could easily be a dry subject. Chris's perspective on agile, scrum, and best practices over all was refreshing and enlightening.

The Agile Learning Labs' CSPO Workshop is a great training certification class. Chris Sims is very effective in imparting the knowledge and skills needed for a CSPO through hands-on exercises and immersive group work. You retain the information by doing it yourselves. The pace of the class is perfect, with breaks in between, and they make sure that everyone is engaged in the discussion and that all our questions are answered. They also share how to use tools and techniques that would be helpful to a PO, and they provide links that we can download. This is one of the best certification classes I have taken and would highly recommend it to anyone. I will be looking at Agile Learning Labs the next time I am planning to take a certification class.

Felt too intensive, with a lot of self learning, cramped into very short period.

Prior to this course, I would have said my org. was a strong practitioner of Agile Scrum principles. I now have the tools and knowledge required to actually implement faster innovation, around efficient, data driven assessment of product and project time investments. Chris delivers this course in an engaging manner, while drawing expertly from decades of practical experience and wisdom. Day three is a game changer, filled with light bulb moments and opportunities to evaluate real world, present challenges; in the context, and with the priceless benefit, of Chris' deep framework knowledge. Sincerely one of the best courses I've attended in my 20 year product management, SaaS service delivery and consulting career.

Chris is an excellent educator and taught an engaging, interactive, and valuable course. I appreciated his weaving Scrum into the how the class was taught and found the small-group, interactive activities very useful. I would highly recommend this class and Agile Learning Labs for Agile/Scrum resources and certifications.
