John is an amazing instructor. He kept the class lively with his sense of humor and encouraged participants to share the experiences. He listened and let everybody share their thoughts and experiences without rushing through the class and also helped navigate tricky concepts. I loved his outcome based approach to Product Owner role which is exactly what is lacking in organizations.
