Trotz der inhaltlichen Tiefe wurde der umfangreiche Stoff auf eine spielerische und zugleich strukturierte Weise vermittelt. Die Lernumgebung war so praxisnah gestaltet, dass die Schulung selbst bereits gelebte Praxis war – kein abstraktes Lernen, sondern unmittelbare Umsetzung und echtes Verständnis.
