His wise advice and shared field experience were, without a doubt, the biggest added value of the course. His ability to guide and mentor the group is outstanding. Evaluation of the A-CSM Course: The course was exceptionally well-structured and organized, maintaining a prompt flow that facilitated learning. The decision to heavily focus on practice and interaction among participants is highly valuable for consolidating knowledge. As a constructive suggestion, I believe the course would benefit from integrating more of the instructor's expertise through: More detailed examples of complex, real-world scenarios, drawn from Martin's extensive experience. Longer presentation segments showcasing potential paths and systemic solutions to common challenges of the Advanced Scrum Master. This integration of theory, instructor expertise presentation, and practice could further optimize learning time. It was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to taking more courses with Alaimo Labs in the future!
