I think the facilitator managed the three-day course exceptionally well. The Mural board was extremely helpful for collaboration and learning. Discussions on various concepts enhanced my understanding from an implementation perspective.

Virtual course using Mural. Worked really well. Eben, a great facilitator and course leader. As someone who is working towards, partly in an agile environment managing multiple product teams CAL1 was a great course to solidify my own understanding, and learn some great techniques such as coaching.

Really insightful

The course was very clear and concise. Using a varierty of approaches to explain the concept of agile leadership. I would highly recommend the course and also Eben as an instructor.

It was a very good training, and we had very interactive discussions with valuable inputs from the participants. The only minus-point I can think of: The pace of the session was not evenly distributed, i.e., we spent a lot of time on the initial topics, but less time remained for the later topics (which were more relevant/important for me). If more thought have been given to the timing, we could've spend a bit more on the later topics like Agile within Organizational structure, Agile leadership in multiple teams etc.
