Certified Agile Leader® 1

This was my third class with Anu Smalley and Kate Megaw, and I’m a fan. Both Anu and Kate are fantastic at explaining complex Agile concepts and keeping everyone engaged. Their teaching styles make learning easy and enjoyable. I learned how to shift from traditional management to empowering, purpose-driven leadership, and gained practical skills in active listening, team empowerment, and psychological safety. The coaching approach and focus on high-performing teams were especially valuable for my role as a manager. Anu’s and Kate’s passion and expertise shine through. Highly recommend CAL 1 with Anu Smalley and Kate Megaw for anyone wanting to grow as an Agile leader.
