CAL 1 is a Scrum Alliance certification course for anyone who wants to impact an organization's journey to resiliency and success. Clear your schedule to be fully present during the training hours; if a participant misses more than 30 minutes of the class, they will not be eligible to be certified. A highly interactive and dynamic course with plenty of short interactive activity sessions to get you thinking and resolve complex leadership situations and scenarios.

Great course for anyone who is in a leadership role. Opportunity to learn, reflect and grow.

The class started a bit slow at first but had a strong end of the first day and great second day. Great use cases and experiences were brought to the class for examples that could relate.

The course was more about individual coaching than Agile leadership. Most of the material covered topics you can get in any kind of coaching training. But if you have not had coaching training (which is essential to general leadership), this is the course for you.

Lot of valuable content, developed with intentional thought and delivered in a method that was engaging and memorable. The training material that was provided will be easy to reference in the future.
