I learned a lot of valuable facts and insights about developing and leading an agile organization.

Samir was a great instructor. This course gave great background on the Agile method and a thorough overview on the different styles of leadership, what works, what doesn't and why. He provides lots of breakout sessions to work with team members in the class. These sessions were really helpful in understanding how agile and leadership come together.
