Instructors were very knowledgeable and engaging. The class was very interactive and was handled extremely well especially considering it was a virtual environment (they were well organized and ready to break people into breakout rooms with timers etc.) The class had lots of interactivity and I felt engaged and focused the entire 2 days.

They were engaging, the content was useful with very actionable takeaways, and most of the attendees spoke of how much insight it gave into themselves which will help everyone become better facilitators. Would take another course from them again and definitely recommend this one to other scrum masters and anyone who uses facilitation skills.
