This course has the highest value for practicing ScrumMasters, but can also be useful to Product Owners, members of Scrum Development teams, managers, Human Resource (HR) specialists and anyone else who needs to appreciate the role and competencies required of a ScrumMaster.

Course Preparation

The Scrum Guide will be emailed to students for pre-course reading.
A Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) leads this course. In-person, on-time attendance, and full participation is expected. While emergencies are understandable, being fully present for the full two days is a requirement for the CST to recommend you to the Scrum Alliance for certification.

I recently completed the Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) training with Grab Agile, and it was a very positive experience. The course was well-organized, easy to follow, and I was engaged throughout the entire class time. Bonsy Yelsangi was a great instructor—she kept the class interactive and engaging. Her ability to explain concepts clearly and relate them to real-world scenarios made the material much more impactful and easier to retain. Grab Agile does a great job fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment. The interactive exercises and group work were helpful. It’s a high-quality course and a great investment for anyone pursuing their CSM certification.

The course provided a solid overview of Scrum and Agile principles, including a simulated sprint and burndown exercise that helped reinforce the concepts in practice. The instructor was engaging, knowledgeable, and created a positive learning environment. That said, the cost of $400 for a two-day course feels difficult to justify. The material itself is widely available through free and public resources, and much of the value appears tied to the certification rather than the content. While the course may be helpful for those seeking structure or validation, the pricing does not reflect the accessibility of the underlying knowledge.

Bonsy was fantastic! Her class is engaging, fun, and informative. Highly recommend!

Money well spent. I appreciated her teaching style and the way her course was set up. Truly a 10/10 experience!
