The material presented was inclusive and pretty closely matched the test, however....1) Mr. Korson very publicly called out one individual for checking his e-mail during class. At least four people had laptops open, two people at my table (including myself) checked their phones often. There's a better way to handle the issue without public shaming - remind the class in general or take a break and speak to someone privately. No one thought it was appropriate to single out one person like that.2) Mr. Korson needs hearing aids.3) Having been exposed to Agile concepts multiple times, I was pretty bored. More class interaction could have helped.4) The presentation of the material wasn't adapted 'on the fly' for our experience. For example, we told him we didn't practice Agile or Scrum in our organization and he kept asking our experience as if we were current practitioners. It showed he wasn't paying attention. 5) He showed up without his materials for the second day and had to borrow a laptop. We're all human, but I think with the other stuff, it indicates he's on autopilot.
