This class was so insightful. I learned so much about guiding product teams through story mapping and outcome focused product development. I highly recommend.

Kim’s CSPO workshop was fantastic. She makes the learning relatable and easy to understand, with techniques you can use right away in the real world. Kim’s CSPO workshop was an incredible experience. The techniques she teaches are invaluable, but you have to come in with an open mind. Leave your organization’s way of doing and politics at the door. If you’re willing to unlearn, then learn, and actually experience the role of a Product Owner, this workshop will be a game changer. Kim is extremely knowledgeable and endlessly PATIENT, and it’s obvious how much she cares about her students. She doesn’t just teach you. She will challenge you and give you an experience. If you’re expecting a technical class, this isn’t that kind of class—because Product Ownership isn’t about being a technical expert. It’s about understanding users, identifying real needs, and creating products that deliver meaningful value. Kim brings this to life in a way that finally clicks. You’re getting a hands-on, engaging experience that will genuinely shift the way you think about product work. I would suggest taking the CSM first. It was clear that some in our class needed that first.

I felt like the course wasn’t completely suited to my learning style. The high level concepts and overall journey of what we were learning didn’t seem to come into play until day 2 of the course. Also, there was another class member that dominated a lot of the conversation and it became hard to follow and keep engaged.
