About the trainer:

Apeksha Patel is the first woman CST in India and is the first Accredited Kanban Trainer. She is a practicing Coach and works as part of a Scrum team. She practices a wide variety of coaching frameworks like ORSC, NLP and Leadership Gift. She has been in the industry for over 17 years in both service and product companies as a DevOps expert. You will get a flavor of both the coaching and development world.

Our workshop size generally ranges from 18 to 36. We cap to a maximum of 42.

Certification Exam:

Your test will be released at the end of the second day of the workshop. You can take the test anytime(even on the same day), from anywhere in this world within 3 months. You get four attempts to clear the test. It's very difficult to fail. We guarantee to return your money back if you are not able to clear the test.

When do we start and end each day?

The classroom opens at 1:30 PM IST each day and the class will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. We will end at 10:00 IST PM each day.

What should I wear?

Wear anything that makes you comfortable. There are no rules!

What should I bring?

Just yourself. You don't need a laptop, although you are free to bring one.

Will there be food?

Yes, we will provide tea and cookies 3 times a day and both veg and non-veg lunch.

- I'm an introvert who is not so big on the whole audience participation thing. Will this class make me uncomfortable?

Participation in any physical exercise is, of course, optional--in fact the role of "observer" is quite valuable, so feel free to participate at your ability and comfort levels. Remember, people are different and we value that!

Do you offer a guarantee?

We guarantee our services unconditionally. If you aren't satisfied, we aren't either, and we'll work with you to make it right, up to and including your money back.

What is your refund policy?

You get 80% refund if you cancel 4 days prior to the workshop.

You get 70% refund if you cancel 48 hours prior to the workshop.

You will not get any refund if you neither inform or turn up for the workshop.

If the GST amount is already deducted then it won't be refunded as well.

I recently completed the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course with Apexa Patel, and it was a great learning experience.
