As a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, I enjoy mentoring the organizations and the teams in not just following Agile practices but understanding it's essence.
With a 10+ years experience in various technologies and in the last few years, I have been working on cutting edge technologies like BigData, Voice Recognition, Mobile etc and helping companies in their Digital transformation and lead bootstrapping startups or working with Innovation labs of top Fintech companies in APAC.
A huge believer of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile who put them in practice as part of Discovery and Inception of projects to convert vague ideas into concrete user-centric solutions. In addition to facilitating the decision-making process and evolving the Tech strategies, I lead a high performant dynamic agile team in delivering solutions.
