Comprehensive experience in all phases of software development, with passion for delivering high performance, quality software – while reducing development cost and effort. Managed project teams of 10-20 with budget range $200k to $3 million. Focus on: planning, scope, schedule, budget, stakeholder and business needs, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), user experience, delivery, team building, meeting milestones, building well-jelled teams, management of risks and issues.

Graduated with BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.  Worked as Aero-research engineer at NASA for several years, then began pursuing software which included working for a startup and going back to school for MS Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.  Have been pursuing software project management roles in disciplined organizations since then - looking for ways to improve software quality.
