David Kuwaye

David Kuwaye is a Program and Project Manager with experience working in technology companies ranging from cloud-based identity management solutions, to pharmaceutical and hospital supply inventory dispensing systems, and hard disk drives. He has experience working in companies ranging from Fortune 500 to small and mid-size. His latest company was Identiv (NASDAQ: INVE), working on the Physical Access product for security and identification used in government, enterprise, consumer, healthcare, education, and transportation sectors. He worked on NPI projects for customer support readiness to Agile implementation in one software team located across the globe. Prior to Identiv, David worked at Intuit (NASDAQ: INTU) in their supply chain operations, for their QuickBooks product. He directed the full life-cycle operational activities for Direct and Retail channels, assuring procurement and manufacturing readiness of the factories. Prior to Intuit, David was at Omnicell (NASDAQ: OMCL) for five years as Program Manager in Operations. He led many cost reduction projects and NPI projects ranging from moving contract manufactures to new sub-assembly product introductions. Prior to Omnicell, David spent twelve years in the hard disk drive industry, from Seagate Technologies (NASDAQ: STX), through the acquisitions that Seagate made of Maxtor, prior to that of Quantum Corporation. His roles ranged from manufacturing, process engineer, operations analyst, and production manager. David has ten plus years experience working and traveling with teams domestically and across the globe, including Mexico, Europe, and Asia. David has a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from San Jose State University. He is a San Francisco native, grew up in Silicon Valley, and currently lives in the Bay Area. However, he loves traveling the world and enjoys photography.
