Certified Scrum Professional - A-CSM, A-CSPO, MCSE, CS@SP with over 24 years of experience in IT software development in the medical industry and the professional services arena. Mike De La Cruz has held many roles in all development aspects, such as Agile coach, Agile trainer, Business analyst, Scrum Master, and Product Owner. Mike's thorough Agile background and Marine Corps discipline have created a well rounded team member and coach with clear aim for focus across IT disciplines. Scrum Framework is Mike's passion where he volunteers his personal time to assist fellow veterans and fellow Gold Star families in learning the foundations of Agile. Mike has established successful teams both on shore (US) and offshore (India, Japan). His extensive customer background with HP, Dell, Microsoft, and Fujitsu have provided Mike the opportunity to work with a variety of cultures. His "know-how-hands-on and can-do attitude" has ensured success in his new teams he has coached, as well as pre-existing teams he has taken over. Mikes view regarding success starts with the client relationship and propper implementation and expectations of Agile and using Scrum. From there, the sky is truly the limit.....
