Over 9 years of experience in leading IT companies. Over 10 projects completed.
Played roles such as QA/QA Lead, Project Manager, Scrum Master and Agile Coach.
As a Project Manager coped with projects of up to 70 FTE, was responsible for the whole offshore development side of the multi million project.
Among first things I did was that I’ve put project on Agile “rails” within first several weeks of engagement.
At the moment I am one of 8 Agile coaches in a whole EPAM (~20k employees all over the world).
Also consulting start-ups, telecom operators and banks in their delivery processes.

Organizer of local Agile community, trainer for EPAM internal workshops/lectures and active speaker on local Agile events.
