Jeffrey Greer

Jeff Greer is a manager and content strategist on the digital team at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. He’s responsible for all things content and search on the company’s website, www.bcbsm.com, as well as helping Michigan make sense of health insurance. He joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan as a consultant in 2011. Before that, he managed web content at The Walt Disney Company, Kellogg Company and Visteon Corporation. He’s also a board member of The Center for Plain Language. Jeff earned his Ph.D. in English and Creative Writing from Western Michigan University. He also holds an M.F.A. and B.A. in English from the University of Maryland at College Park. He lives in Grosse Pointe Park, Mich. with his wife and two kids.
