Next to my company younicate UG, I'm still working as a freelance neuro-agile coach and trainer for companies from differently industries, like REWE digital, ImmobilienScout24, Volkswagen AG, Deutsche Bahn AG (DBSystel), ERGO Group AG and Axel Springer SE.

My methodological learning journey began in 2006 with Scrum (doing agile) and has evolved over the years into "being agile". As an active member of the Agile (Scrum Alliance) and NLP (Society of NLP, nlpaed) communities, I regularly share ideas, expertise and insights at conferences and meetups. Since 2003 I fulfilled several business roles - Developer, Senior Consultant, Business Analyst, ScrumMaster and Coach.

... on the other hand I'm involved in research topics at the University of Potsdam and HTW Berlin. My main areas of interest are:

• Agile Methodology
• Learning psychology
• Knowledge and information management
• Software Engineering
• Multimedia approaches in context of (virtual) learning and coaching

In parallel to my corporate/business customers, I continue my systemic work as a psychological consultant and trainer for private individuals.
