Since 2014, he started new journey being Agile Coach at Học Viện Agile. He works as a Agile coach, trainer and consultant. He has trained for thousand of people and coached for dozens of companies like Magestore, X3English, Techcombank, Đi Chung, VNPT, Viettel, Fruitful Technology, Tecomen (Karofi, KoriHome), ...

Since 2014 to 2016 he has worked as Scrum Master and Agile Coach for NAL Vietnam. He also has provided agile coaching and training service for several companies in Vietnam.

In 2013, Hanoi Scrum join with Agile Vietnam to have a bigger community. He has continued organized many monthly events in Hanoi and other big events as Agile Tour Vietnam 2012, 2013, 2014, Scrum Gathering Vietnam 2015, XPDay 2015.

In 2011, he started developing the Scrum community in Hanoi with other colleagues. He organized many meetups, coding dojo, coderetreat and other big events as Agile Tour, ScrumDay.In early 2009, he started in Scrum Journey in one Software Project (fRun) as a developer. He got an excellent experience as a Agile Developer and how Scrum works. He worked as instructor at Software Development and Agile Developer at FPT - University for 6 years. In this time, he applied Scrum for its working. Scrum helped him to work with other colleagues to bring bussiness values to students. He also considered his class with learners' objectives as a product. This way he improved quality of his teaching.
