Terry Wang is a full-time agile coach/ scrum master. He has 10 years experience in the IT field, while 6 of them were spent in agile environment.
Terry started as a developer and later became a full-time scrum master ever since. Terry has some experience in adopting LeSS in company-wide environment, and was consider the biggest LeSS practice in Taiwan in 2014~2016. Terry is now an aglie coach. He mentors other scrum masters and shares his experience a lot.
Terry is an agile software developement purist. He started the Agile Community in Neihu, where the monthly meetups are held. He also actively gives the talks or participates other agile/scrum meetups. He is often invited to share his experience in local scrum/agile conferences and agile tours in major cities in Taiwan.
Terry helped to translate scrum guide v2017 and v2020 into Traditional Chinese version to help more people in Taiwan to know scrum. He also translated "The Great ScrumMaster #ScrumMasterWay", authored by Zuzana Sochova, in Chinese. He believes by providing more Traditional Chinese materials, Taiwanese people would have less diffculties in learning scrum/agile if they are interested.
Other than being a scrum master, he is also an Android App developer, an automation tester and a rubist. Recently, he becomes more and more interested in TDD and RoR in depth.
