Has extensive solutions / management expertise coordinating with several IT/business organizations. Strong experience in architecting and designing frameworks & applications for Android, iOS platforms, and OSS/BSS systems using NGOSS principles and eTOM reference model. 

Directed and managed projects from inception to completion applying agile (scrum) methodologies. Communicated frequently with executive leadership to provide project risk analysis, status, and analysis of requirements impacting strategic direction; prepared senior level technical reports for executive management. Managed program level risk assessments and mitigation plans.
