About
María Belén Senra, BSc in Computer Science, with more than 10 years of experience in all the areas of software development, from requirement specification to testing. First as a software engineer in Argentina and Spain, then as team lead and manager for important projects involving research and development: e-voting system for the municipality and parliamentary elections in Norway (2011 and 2013) and the e-voting system for New South Wales parliamentary elections (Australia, 2015). In that challenging context she found her passion: Agile and Kaizen culture and began her journey as Scrum Master.
Continuing her path as Scrum Master for King, a leading interactive entertainment company for the mobile world, she developed her-self by growing teams, teaching and coaching in the Scrum values and ceremonies, building the right climate where each member can feel they are part of a great, high-performance team.
Currently working as Agile coach at King, her mission has evolved to growing business units formed by teams that provide service for different stakeholders in the Technology organisation, coaching Leadership, Scrum Masters and teams to reach a high-performance department aligned and that can cause a big impact in the company core business, the games.
Organizational change agent, she strongly believes in the power of people-first culture, self-organized teams and collaboration.
She encourages herself and others to discover new perspectives, insights and ideas for individual and team continuous improvement.
