As Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for The Walt Disney Studios, Eddie provides leading-edge motion picture technology and production services for Marvel Studios, Disney Live Action, 20th Century Studios, and Searchlight Pictures. His team also supports Studio Operations, Studio Marketing, and Franchise teams; oversight of the Content Security organization; and leadership of innovative research through Disney Research Studios based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Previously, Eddie served as Head of Technology for Marvel Studios building on a 30-year career dedicated to advancing the technical and creative boundaries of media and entertainment. He holds more than 50 patents in the space and serves on the Boards of MovieLabs and the Entertainment Technology Center@USC, contributing to the industry's future standards.
