My journey into Agile practices started in 2008. I was tapped to act as the Product Owner for an internal software project by a skilled XP Scrum team. They taught me about these agile principles on the job, and I later found it to be a fascinating topic and focus of much of my discretionary professional development. Since that time, i have transitioned to a Product Manager and Agile Lover, having worked with many Agiles teams using Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban practices. I aspire to work with all elements of a successful product organization, from boots on the ground to executive leadership.  Working togehter I believe we can evolve our enterprise level planning and management processes to embody the Agile Principles, so that we deliver unparalleled value to our customers, business, and each other as colleagues and friends.

I also aspire to be the best wife and mother that has ever existed. As a side note, i like to describe things that i want in my personal life as user stories. As your mom, i want you to sleep through the night tonight, so that mommy and daddy can get some much needed rest.
