Lola Stice
Lola has 24 yrs experience in enterprise-level software engineering projects primarily in finance and biomedical industries in the San Diego area. With a broad base of experience in product development, back office, commercial software and startup projects, Lola’s experiences working as an Agile coach, Scrum Master, Scrum trainer, Project Manager, QA Manager, Data Analyst and Integration Project Lead contributes much hands on experience with various methodologies such as Extreme Programing, Scrum, Six Sigma, Lean/Kaizen, and Agile Methodologies. She holds certifications as IC Agile Coach, Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, SAFe and LeSS Practicioner and memberships in Scrum Alliance, IC Agile and Agile Alliance organizations.
Currently, Lola has focused on developing flexible and creative approaches to enable effective agility for startups in the biomedical demographic. Working with bench scientists in labs and mechanical engineering in R & D presents unique challenges beyond standard existing frameworks and has been her primary focus over the last 4 years.
Previously, Lola was training and conducting Agile organization transitions for large and midsized companies and delivered training classes and coaching as an independent consultant as Agile Ala Carte or under sub-contract arrangements with corporate clients. Between 2012 and 2016, Lola was conducting Agile Scrum training classes and coaching engagements as a sub-contractor with Conscires Agile Practices in US and India. She was a co-organizer of the local Agile Coffee San Diego group.
