Chris Zhou is a Certified Scrum Professsional with rich Scrum Master (CSM) and Product Owner (CSPO) experience, as well as a Project Management Professional(PMP). He has over 10 years of diverse experience in developing large scale complex telecommunication software with globally distributed teams, and supported a number of successful feature projects/product release programs by playing variable Agile Practitioner roles fostering tight collaboration between product management, architect & specification, development and testing. He was able to succeed in role as lead Scrum Master, built several Scrum Teams from ground up, trained and coached them to transform through storming phase to performing with frequent consistent delivery, coached and mentored new Scrum Masters to instill Agile values, principles and practices successfully in different projects.
