Carroll Sunner

Carroll "Rick" Sunner is an Air Force veteran with over 30 years of experience in leveraging technology to solve tough challenges.  On active duty, Rick served as a satellite operations, and operational test and evaluation engineer, a professional military education instructor and curriculum developer, and project manager.  After retiring from active duty, he continued to support the Department of Defense as an Acquisition Analyst with C2Kinetics, an Agile Project Manager with Accenture, and a Strategy and Technology Consultant and Agile Project Manager with Booz Allen Hamilton.  Rick  holds PMP and PMI-ACP certification from the Project Management Institute as well as the SAFe Agilist certification in addition to being a Certified ScrumMaster.  Rick is also an experienced Product Owner.

In his current assignment, Rick is assisting the Air Force in architecture, system engineering, strategy and planning, and capability development for the Department of Defense's next-generation network.
