Jennifer Prochnow

Jennifer is an experienced and motivated Project Manager who has held many roles within the IT organization. She specializes in leading, planning, and organizing projects, and in the analysis of software and processes. She is an analytical, detail-oriented problem solver and is able to effectively apply business needs and wants into technical or non-technical related solutions.

Jennifer has over 25 years of business experience and has held various positions including applications development supervisor, project manager, analyst, PC technician, programmer, and computer operator. Jennifer’s past positions have given her skills in managing resources (internal,  vendors & offshore) with varying culture backgrounds, successfully delivering simultaneous projects on time and within budget, defining business processes, applying requirements to in-house and third party applications, coordination of resources, external and internal system interface design, testing, training, conversion of data, and post implementation project analysis. Throughout her career, she has worked with various project methodologies.
