Dynamic Director of Project Management with over a decade of experience in steering complex, multi-culture, global, multi-million dollar revenue projects to success, leading organizational transformations, and fostering effective collaboration in both technical and non-technical business domains. I excel in leveraging my expertise in leadership, operational organization, and process improvement to deliver outstanding results. I have deep experience and find joy in evolving teams, operations, and workflows through all phases of negative to zero, 0-1, 1+, and that last 80-100.
As a passionate advocate for streamlined communication and feedback loops, I believe that embracing transparency, open communication, respect, and humility can unlock the true potential of any organization or team.
Outside of work, I am a nature enthusiast and dedicated animal lover, sharing my life with my husband and our 2 Belgian Malinois and 2 cats. I recharge by spending time with my husband golfing or playing pickleball and adventuring with our dogs. Fueled by personal growth, I am driven to help teams learn, grow, and achieve beyond their individual capabilities.
