Alexander J Raymond 

I am an Agile practitioner with over 15 years of experience helping organizations deliver complex initiatives while evolving how teams work together. Having led work on both the business and IT sides of delivery, I specialize in translating business priorities into executable, value-driven outcomes within Agile environments.

My experience spans multiple industries, including financial services, supply chain, and agriculture, with a strong focus on Scrum, Kanban, and enterprise Agile transformation. I have supported cloud-native development on AWS, led modernization efforts to replace legacy systems, and guided teams delivering initiatives ranging from sub-$1M projects to multi-million-dollar programs.

In my current role as Technology Program Manager, I work with business leaders, scrum teams, and UAT testers, in managing 18 custom, business cirtical applications. My focus is on building strong team foundations, improving flow and predictability, and helping teams deliver value incrementally and sustainably.

I am passionate about Agile as a mindset—not just a framework—and I enjoy coaching teams and organizations toward clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement.
