The Scrum Alliance Enterprise Referral Program (the “Program”) is an optional program available to Scrum Alliance Licensed Training Partners (“LTP”). LTPs that opt into the Program will be eligible to receive Scrum Alliance referrals of enterprise customers seeking agile training and related services (each, a “Client”). By opting in to participate in the Program, you, on behalf of the LTP you represent, agree to the following terms and conditions, which are supplemental to your LTP agreement with Scrum Alliance:
LTP acknowledges and agrees that Scrum Alliance does not recommend or select partners on behalf of Clients. Scrum Alliance shall use Client’s stated criteria to help Client identify partners that meet its criteria using the profile information in the Scrum Alliance system. As a condition of participating in the Program, LTP agrees to maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date Scrum Alliance profile information at all times regarding its training capabilities, supported languages, geographic reach, services provided, industry experience, and areas of expertise.
Clients are solely responsible for partner selection and all aspects of any partner transaction, including payment obligations. Scrum Alliance has no responsibility for any acts or omissions of any Client.
If any Client elects to contact LTP as a result of the Program, LTP agrees to focus on Scrum Alliance offerings and related services with such Client and LTP agrees not to position competitive products or offerings to Client in lieu of Scrum Alliance products or offerings.
LTP shall at all times conduct itself in accordance with the highest professional standards.
LTP shall keep Scrum Alliance involved and informed in discussions with Clients relating to the referral to ensure Client satisfaction. To the extent required by Scrum Alliance, LTP shall collaborate with Scrum Alliance in the proposal and solutioning process.
