The basic material is enhanced by Scott’s experience with AI and how it supports the Product Owner. Scott also takes time to ensure points are clear and questions are answered. His demos add additional depth. Although the end was a bit rushed, the most impactful themes were covered sufficiently. One leaves this class with a solid understanding of how various AI agents can become some of the most valuable tools in the Product Owners tool chest.

This course was good and very helpful in learning prompts and tools.

4 hours is just not enough time. This should be a 2 day course. Skill level widely range, and could be improved by sending up a short prerequisite like (create a chatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, whatever LLM account and have it ready to work, pre-access to Mural board with some type of light homework...)

The course attempted to stay relevant but lacks the depth and structure to be called a training course. The content and overall experience seems to be more commercially driven gearing toward this AI hype. Attendees should evaluate whether this format aligns with the learning objective.

Learning From Scott Dunn at Rocket Nine is always a pleasure. His conversational and visual teaching style makes it very easy to understand tough and complex concepts. I am grateful to have learned and obtained the understanding of AI for Product Owners Microcredential from Scott. I would reccomend Scott Dunn to anyone who is looking to take any and all Scrum Alliance Certification. Thank You Scott.

It was an engaging experience learning about prompt engineering. Using AI to craft user stories provided valuable insights, refining ideas and improving backlog management. Exploring refinement strategies clarified prioritization and efficiency. I look forward to applying these techniques with my team.
